1. Platform Role
TDY Direct is an independent technology marketplace connecting travelers with furnished lodging providers, facilitating payments, and issuing documentation. TDY Direct is not a property manager, broker, or operator.
2. Host Responsibilities
The host is solely responsible for property maintenance, guest check-in, physical safety, listing accuracy, and continuous provision of all represented utilities and services, including power, water, gas, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi.
3. Sole Occupancy
The host certifies that each listing is offered for the guest’s exclusive use. The host will not provide undisclosed rooms, shared spaces, casitas, recreational vehicles, or temporary structures as substitutes for the listed property.
4. Military Orders Policy
The host agrees to cooperate with booking modifications resulting from documented changes to official military orders in accordance with the TDY Direct Military Orders Modification Policy and the applicable reservation terms.
5. Fees & Payouts
Host acknowledges TDY Direct platform fees and payout terms presented during onboarding.
6. Non-Circumvention
The host agrees not to solicit or accept direct, off-platform payments from travelers introduced through TDY Direct. Reservations and payments originating through the marketplace must remain on the platform.
